Scope & safety
The limits are part of the service, not the small print.
Titles, registration and jurisdiction
Naturopathic practice is regulated very differently around the world. In some jurisdictions certain titles are protected and practitioners hold formal registration; in others they are not regulated at all. Because of that, this website makes no claim of licensure, registration, board certification, physician status or prescribing authority anywhere.
Nothing here should be read as an assertion that naturopathic care carries the same legal scope in your country, state or province as it may elsewhere. If you need to verify a practitioner's standing before booking, ask for it in writing and check it with the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction.
How evidence is described here
Well supported
Broad, consistent findings about everyday habits: regular eating patterns, sufficient sleep and regular physical activity are associated with better general health across large populations.
Population-level findings are not predictions about an individual.
Reasonable but uncertain
Specific routines, timings and structures where evidence is mixed, limited or drawn from small studies.
These are described as worth trying, with the uncertainty stated out loud.
Not claimed at all
Anything involving cure, reversal, detoxification, immune boosting, hormone correction or guaranteed symptom relief.
If a claim of this kind appears anywhere in your care here, it is a mistake, so please raise it.
No study citations are published on this site, because a citation used as decoration is worse than none. Where a specific source informs a suggestion in your care, it is named in your written summary so you can read it yourself.
See a medical clinician instead
A habit consultation is the wrong first step for anything that needs assessment. Please speak to a doctor rather than booking here if you have:
- A new, changing or unexplained symptom
- Unintended weight loss, persistent pain or persistent fever
- Any symptom you have been told to monitor by a clinician
- A question about whether to start, stop or change a medication
- Pregnancy-related questions, or care for a child
In an emergency
This practice provides no urgent or emergency care, and messages sent through this website are not monitored continuously. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness, severe bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department now.
Do not use the contact form to describe an urgent symptom.
If this page has ruled your situation out, that is a useful outcome. If it has not, the consultation structure explains what happens next, and you can send a short request.
