The practice
A small practice with a short list of things it will do.
Cadence exists for one job: helping adults make the ordinary parts of a week, such as food, sleep, movement and recovery, work a little better, alongside whatever medical care is already in place. That is the whole remit.
- One model, not a menu
- Practices that offer everything tend to be honest about nothing. Cadence works on daily nutrition, sleep, movement and stress load, and refers everything else onward.
- No dispensary
- Nothing is sold here: no supplements, no products, no proprietary formulas. There is no commercial reason for a suggestion to appear in your plan.
- No testing
- This practice does not order, sell or interpret laboratory tests. Testing that would genuinely change your care belongs with a medical clinician who can act on the result.
- Written, so it can be checked
- Every suggestion is written down with its reasoning and its uncertainty, in language you can take to your GP or specialist and disagree with.
- Finite by design
- There are no packages, memberships or programmes. Care continues only while it is adding something, and ends plainly when it is not.
About the people
No practitioner profiles, photographs, credentials or biographies are published on this site. Details of that kind only belong online once they are verified and correct for the jurisdiction they are read in, so rather than approximate them, this page leaves them out.
If you would like to know who you would be speaking with, and what their qualifications and standing are, ask before booking and you will be told in writing.
Fees, availability and location
Fees, appointment times, consultation format and any insurance or reimbursement questions are confirmed directly, in writing, before an appointment is arranged. Nothing about cost or availability is stated on this website, because published figures that later turn out to be wrong are worse than no figures at all.
